ये चैव सात्त्विका भावा राजसास्तामसाश्च ये। मत्त एवेति तान्विद्धि नत्वहं तेषु ते मयि।।7.12।।
Transliteration
ye chaiva sāttvikā bhāvā rājasās tāmasāśh cha ye matta eveti tān viddhi na tvahaṁ teṣhu te mayi
Translation
Whatever states there are, whether of clarity, of restlessness, or of dullness, know that they all come from me. Yet I am not in them; they are in me.

जितनी भी अवस्थाएँ हैं, चाहे स्पष्टता की, बेचैनी की, या जड़ता की, जान लो कि वे सब मुझसे ही आती हैं। फिर भी मैं उनमें नहीं; वे मुझमें हैं।
