न बुद्धिभेदं जनयेदज्ञानां कर्मसङ्गिनाम्। जोषयेत्सर्वकर्माणि विद्वान् युक्तः समाचरन्।।3.26।।
Transliteration
na buddhi-bhedaṁ janayed ajñānāṁ karma-saṅginām joṣhayet sarva-karmāṇi vidvān yuktaḥ samācharan
Translation
Let the wise not unsettle the minds of those who are attached to their actions. Instead, acting with devotion, let them inspire others to act well.

ज्ञानी को उन लोगों का मन विचलित नहीं करना चाहिए जो अपने कर्मों में आसक्त हैं। बल्कि खुद श्रद्धा से कर्म करते हुए, दूसरों को भी अच्छे कर्म की प्रेरणा देनी चाहिए।
