युक्तः कर्मफलं त्यक्त्वा शान्तिमाप्नोति नैष्ठिकीम्। अयुक्तः कामकारेण फले सक्तो निबध्यते।।5.12।।
Transliteration
yuktaḥ karma-phalaṁ tyaktvā śhāntim āpnoti naiṣhṭhikīm ayuktaḥ kāma-kāreṇa phale sakto nibadhyate
Translation
The steady one lets go of the fruits of action and finds lasting peace. The unsteady, driven by craving and clinging to results, stays bound.

स्थिर व्यक्ति कर्म के फलों को छोड़ देता है और स्थायी शांति पा लेता है। अस्थिर व्यक्ति, लालसा से भरा और फलों से चिपका हुआ, बँधा रहता है।
